We ship orders using standard carriers according to the options available at checkout. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed; actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or to your specified shipping address. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate, as we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by you.
You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories. To initiate a return, contact us at Contact@CheerivyPinball.com with your order number and reason for return, and we will provide return instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
